Consider the following steps as a starting point for this crucial work:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Identify the Trigger<br \/>\n<\/strong>Notice what specific events or words cause a sudden shift in your emotional state.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pause and Breathe<br \/>\n<\/strong>Create a gap between stimulus and response.
