The effectiveness of the Painhunting method has been studied in a randomized clinical trial (NCT07490691). The study found a significant reduction in participants’ depression symptoms.
The work looks beyond the presenting symptoms to explore and process emotional causes that may underlie the problem.
Subconscious therapy sessions last 1.5–2 hours, giving you time to “catch the wave” and process emotions without watching the clock.
We don't decide how you should think and feel. We give your subconscious the power to heal itself.
Painhunting works with depression, anxiety, fears, panic attacks, relationship problems, low self-esteem and recurring life patterns.

Everything you need to know before your first session.
Painhunting is a structured method of psychological support focused on identifying and processing underlying emotional causes. Its effectiveness has been studied in a randomized clinical trial.
The number of sessions depends on many factors: your openness, age, complexity of the issue, and the experience of your Painhunter. You can get an estimated session count during your initial consultation. What you can be certain of — Painhunting requires far fewer sessions than any other known psychological method.
A Painhunting session has two parts: finding the pain through a deep, heartfelt conversation, and resolving it through the Opposite Incidents Method. Both are completely safe — the conversation feels natural and comforting, while the Opposite Incidents Method works by building your strength with every positive scenario explored, until you have the power to fully overcome the negative
Before your session, please inform your Painhunter of any medications that affect the nervous system. We also recommend avoiding alcohol and substances for 24 hours prior, and making sure you are well-rested and have eaten beforehand — as hunger and lack of sleep significantly reduce the quality of the session.
In Painhunting, once a problem is fully resolved, it does not return. However, there are two points worth clarifying: 1) Incomplete resolution: If a session ends with lingering doubt, an earlier underlying incident may surface — requiring one more session to reach a full 100% resolution. 2) New life events: For example, if we resolved the pain of losing your father, but you later lose your husband — that is a separate problem, and it may bring you close to where you started. Life does not stop presenting challenges. That said, with every session you become more resilient — and better equipped to handle whatever life brings next.
Begin subconscious therapy today and stop letting unresolved pain dictate your future.
