At PainHunting, we aim to provide high-quality digital products, tests, and session-based services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


 

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our services (digital content, tests, and bookings), all purchases are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

By purchasing any product or service on PainHunting, you agree to this policy.


 

2. Digital Products (Tests, Courses, Books)

This includes:

  • Paid tests
  • Online courses
  • Digital books (eBooks, audio content)

Refund Terms:

  • Once access is granted or content is delivered, no refunds will be issued
  • This is because digital content cannot be returned or “unused”
  • No chargebacks will be accepted for delivered digital content. Disputes must be submitted directly to PainHunting before contacting the payment provider.

 

3. Sessions & Appointments

Sessions are conducted by independent Painhunters.

Refund eligibility:

  • If a session is cancelled by the Painhunter, you may:
    • request a full refund, or
    • reschedule the session
  • If you cancel:
    • refunds may be provided only if cancellation is made at least 12 hours in advance
    • late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable

 

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a genuine technical issue (e.g., unable to access a purchased test or content):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of purchase
  • We will attempt to resolve the issue
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion

 

5. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same product:

  • Contact us immediately
  • Verified duplicate payments will be fully refunded

 

6. Subscription Services (if applicable)

For recurring memberships:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation stops future billing only
  • No refunds for already billed periods

 

7. Payment Processing

Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method.

Refunds processed via Robokassa (LLC Roboxchange) are subject to their processing timelines, typically 5–10 business days.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.


 

8. Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect:

  • misuse of services
  • repeated refund requests
  • suspicious or fraudulent activity

9. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kazakhstan.
